A cocktail made with red Italian wine and fresh sage leaves

Ingredients

  • 750 ml (27 fl oz - 3 1/2 cups) vin rosé
  • 3 sprigs of fresh sage
  • strips of lemon zest

Add the sage leaves into the bottle of wine; put again the cap and let rest at room temperature for 8-10 hours.
Then strain the wine and chill for at least 6 hours before serving.
Add a strip of lemon zest in every glass and pour in the wine.
The wine is ready to serve.
