- Pair wine Verduzzo DOC Vini del Piave with:
hors d'oeuvres, seafood, soups, fish but preferably stewed river fish
- Production area of Verduzzo DOC Vini del Piave DOC:
- wide alluvial plain on both banks of the Piave River, northeast of Venice
- Vine selection :
- Verduzzo Trevigiano and/or Verduzzo Friulano (95 - 100%)
- Colour:
- more or less intense golden yellow or straw yellow turning to greenish
- Aroma:
- winy, delicate, characteristic, agreeable
- Taste:
- dry, sapid, harmonious, agreeable
- Minimum alcohol content:
- 11%
- Aging:
- it's preferable to drink it within the first two years from the harvest
- Types:
- -
- Riserva:
- Riserva with 12.5% - it must age two years (twelve months of which in barrel), therefore it may preserved more than the other types
- Serving temperature of wine Verduzzo DOC Vini del Piave:
- Serve the wine at: 50°F (10°C)
