- volcanic soil area stretching roughly from Scansano to the Latium border in the province of Grosseto (Tuscany)

- Trebbiano Toscano (50 - 80%); Greco and/or Malvasia Bianca Toscana and/or Verdello (max 20%); Grechetto, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco, Riesling Italico (alone max 15%, together max 30%)
