The quantity of salad greens depends on people who eat; you have to decide the number of apple according to your taste.
You could use an apple for two people.
Clean and wash salad greens; peel and cube apples. Mix the ingredients in a large bowl and season to taste with salt, olive oil and some
teaspoons of lemon-flavored olive oil.
