Calabrese broccoli is a type of broccoli with a single, compact, dense head similar to a cauliflower but coloured.
This is an easy-to-make recipe.
Steam frozen broccoli for 10-15 minutes or until soft.
Put olive oil, anchovies, vinegar and steamed broccoli in a non-stick frying pan. Season to taste with salt and cook over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon in order to mash vegetables completely. You need about 10 minutes.
Serve hot or warm.
