Spoon measures are American spoons, that is standard cook's measuring spoons used in USA.
The best plan is to regard 2 American teaspoons or tablespoons as 1 English teaspoon or tablespoon (eating spoons)
If you have a little cooked and dressed pasta left, don't throw it! We're going to teach you an easy but quick recipe for a delicious omelette. It will be a tasting dinner with a green salad and tomatoes. Beat the eggs in a bowl, dust with cheese and season with salt. Throw in the pasta and stir. Meanwhile heat a well-oiled frying pan and pour in the mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon. Let the eggs set over reduced heat and then turn over the omelette with the aid of a plate. Cook well the other side. Take away from the pan and put the omelette on a dish with absorbent kitchen paper to reduce the fat. Serve warm.
