Here it is a fast and easy to do menu for Easter.
You can begin with Rossini cocktail made with straberries accompanied with tasty salt cookies garnished with salami and vegetables in oil. They may be followed by a classic Italian antipasto,as a starter, very full of salami, prosciutto, coppa...delicious!
The first course is based on thin noodles (tagliatelle).
As a meat we chose rabbit in a very original way: boneless and stuffed.
You can finish with a variety of Easter cakes and seasonal fruits.
Some of these dishes can be made in advance, the day before: the salt cookies, the artichokes for pasta, some steps for rabbit. In this way you will be able to stay more time with your guests.
