Prepare the dough but remember to halve the doses if you follow our instructions. If you choose our dough you have less fat and calories. We calculated the nutrition facts according to our dough recipe.
Leave the dough to rise in a warm place and wait it doubles.
While the dough is rising prepare the bell peppers. Wash the red and yellow bell peppers, pat dry them with kitchen paper, discard seeds and dice them up. Put one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet or wok together with anchovies, capers and bell peppers. Sauté for two minutes and then lower the flame and stir-fry until the peppers are cooked, stirring often. Season to taste with salt only if necessary.
Meanwhile prepare the tiger prawns too. Take a pot of cold water with no salt and bring to the boil; put the frozen prawns in the boiling water and count two minutes from the time they touch the boiling water. Drain them, let them cool and peel their shell; put them apart.
When the dough has risen, divide it into 2 pieces and, on a lightly floured surface, roll out each piece. You can obtain the shape you want: rectangular or round. The doses are enough for two 30 cm (12in) round baking sheets if you like crunchy pizza but if you prefer soft pizza use only one baking sheet.
Oil the baking sheets with one tablespoon of olive oil. Transfer every portion of dough to a baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Mix the puréed tomatoes with the remaining olive oil and chives; season to taste with salt and spoon on the top of the pizzas. Arrange the peppers on the top too. Bake the pizzas for about 10-15 minutes, then remove them from the oven and arrange the prawns and grated mozzarella cheese on the top. Bake again for about 5 minutes.
Cooking times are indicative; everyone can adjust them to his oven.

Serve hot or warm.

Note

  • - For the best results you have to use fresh tiger prawn. In this case they need no cooking before.
  • - It's a pizza rich in calories and fat but it's too tasty!!! Once a time ...
