Time:
preparation: 10 minutes
250 g (8 1/2 oz) cocoa tagliatelle |
|
Spoon measures are American spoons, that is standard cook's measuring spoons used in USA.
The best plan is to regard 2 American teaspoons or tablespoons as 1 English teaspoon or tablespoon (eating spoons)
This dish is very simple to do!
While you're cooking tagliatelle, you have to prepare the sauce. In a little saucepan add all the ingredients, season
to taste with salt and cook over a gentle flame for only one minute. If the sauce isn't smooth, you can add some
tablespoons cooking water of pasta.
Drain tagliatelle very well, pour them into a bowl and dress with the sauce.
Serve at once.
Note
- This dish is delicate and you have to choose the other dishes of the menu very carefully.
The ideal choice would be meat cooked with fruit such as quails with cherries,
orange-flavored duck or roast beef ...
- If you want you can use toasted hazelnuts instead of walnuts.
What's the right wine?
Our suggestion is: Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene Cartizze
