easy recipe

fresh grape tart

Spoon measures are American spoons, that is standard cook's measuring spoons used in USA.
The best plan is to regard 2 American teaspoons or tablespoons as 1 English teaspoon or tablespoon (eating spoons)

Choose ripe but firm fresh grapes and wash them. Remove berries from the stalk and pat dry with absorbent kitchen paper.
Preheat oven to 190° C (375° F). Line the cake pan with baking parchment. Roll out
the pastry and pat it into the cake pan using your flour-dipped fingers.
Prick it with a fork and crumble the two macaroons on its surface.
Fill up with the berries, dredge with sugar and bake for 20 minutes .

Note
You can choose different kind of grapes (black, white and rosé) with more beautiful results .

What's the right wine?
Our suggestion is: a sparkling wine from Italy - Moscato d'Asti.
