


Halve the pineapple lenghtways and remove its flesh. Remove the woody core that is too tough and cube the flesh.
Put the pineapple cubes in a bowl. Peel and slice the kiwi fruits crossways and add to the bowl. Add
the candied cherries and liqueur and stir. Arrange the fruit salad in the pineapple halves. Chill before serving.
Serve this fruit salad in the pineapple halves and make portions at table directly.
