Ingredients
2/3 Dry Sherry
1/3 Red vermouth
A drop of Orange Bitter
How to make it
Place some ice cubes in the mixing glass and add all the ingredients in the sequence. Mix with the bar spoon and pour into the glass.
Variations
It's an old cocktail, well known in the world. If you add some Ginger Ale, it becomes a long drink (Adonis 2nd R). You can serve it all day and before lunch or dinner too.
