- 3/10 Cointreau
- 2/10 lemon juice
How to make it
Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add all the other ingredients. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the glass. Serve undecorated. The cocktail is ready.
Variations and note
Some bartenders also add a dash of egg white. Serve it after dinner. It was invented in 20s at Ciro's Club in London by a bartender whose name was Harry Mc Alone in honour of a mysterious white lady.
