martini perfect: a variation of martini cocktail

  • Basic liqueur: Gin
  • Equipment: mixing glass

  • Garnish: a cocktail cherry

  • 8/10 Gin
  • 1/10 Dry Vermouth
  • 1/10 Sweet Red Vermouth

How to make it

Place some ice cubes in the mixing glass and add all the other ingredients. Mix well for 6-8 seconds with the bar spoon and pour into the glass. Decorate with a cocktail cherry. The cocktail is ready.

Variations and note

If you want, you can substitute the cocktail cherry squeezing a lemon rind over the surface. It's a pre dinner cocktail.
