Ingredients
9/10 Champagne
1/10 Crème de Cassis

How to make it
Let the glass cool and then pour in Crème de Cassis and Champagne that must be very cold. Mix with the bar spoon with delicacy. The cocktail is ready.

Variations
You can also prepare it in Paris goblet.
You have to serve it before lunch or dinner.
