- Basic liqueur: Brandy

- 2/10 Brandy
- 8/10 Ginger Ale
How to make it
Place some ice cubes in the glass and pour in Brandy and Ginger Ale. Mix for few seconds with the bar spoon and decorate with a long spiral of lemon rind. The cocktail is ready.
Variations and note
You can add some drops of Angostura Bitters, together with Brandy, if desired. You can serve it all day. This is a classical cocktail of the Prohibition era.
