- Alcoholic level: low-alcohol recipe
- Basic liqueur: Galliano, Cointreau
- Equipment: shaker
- Glassware: double cocktail glass
- Garnish: undecorated
- 1/4 Galliano
- 1/4 Cointreau
- 1/4 fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cream
How to make it
Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add all the other ingredients. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the chilled glass. Serve undecorated. The cocktail is ready.
Variations and note
It's an after dinner cocktail. It was created by Mr Raimundo Alvarez, bartender at the Old King Bar in Miami Florida, and dedicated to Joan Crawford. It was very popular on the east coast of US back in the late 60's and early 70's.
