- Alcoholic level: low-alcohol recipe
- Basic liqueur: Galliano
- Equipment: shaker
- Glassware: double cocktail glass
- Garnish: undecorated
- 1/3 Galliano
- 1/3 Crème de Cacao blanche
- 1/3 Cream
How to make it
Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add all the other ingredients. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the glass. Serve undecorated. The cocktail is ready.
Variations and note
It was invented during 50s at the American Roger's Bar of New York. In those years Cadillac celebrated its 50th anniversary. You can serve it after dinner.
