florida cocktail

  • Type: non-alcoholic (IBA version)
  • Alcoholic level: non-alcoholic
  • Basic liqueur: no liqueur
  • Equipment: shaker
  • Glassware: highball glass
  • Garnish: a twig of pennyroyal
cocktail ingredients
  • 4/10 fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2/10 fresh orange juice
  • 2/10 fresh lemon juice
  • 2/10 sugar syrup
  • Half a bottle of Soda Water

How to make it

Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add all the fruit juices and sugar syrup. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the glass, left ice included. Top up with Soda water. Decorate with a twig of pennyroyal. Serve with straws. The cocktail is ready. You can serve this cocktail all day.
