How to make it
Squeeze the orange and pour the juice into the glass that must be very cold. Remember to pass the juice through a strainer. Add Champagne. The cocktail is ready.
Variations and note
The cocktail is also known as "Mimosa". You can serve it before a meal. It was created by Mr McGarry, a barman at the Buck's Club in London in 1921.
